Man struck by lightning while driving on highway in Moreton Bay storm
A man has been taken to hospital after his car was struck by lightning while driving through a storm in Queensland.
Paramedics were called to reports of a car being struck by lightning on the Bruce Highway near Burpengary about 9.22am on Saturday.
A man in his 30s was taken to Caboolture Hospital in a stable condition.
The Queensland Ambulance Service confirmed the man had called paramedics himself after his car was struck.
