Motorbike rider dies in collision with car on Errington Rd near Main Rd at St Albans in Melbourne

A man riding a motorbike has died in a crash with a car in Melbourne.

The car and motorbike collided on Errington Rd near Main Rd at St Albans about 5pm on Thursday.

The man riding the motorbike — who is yet to be identified — died at the scene.

The driver of the car was uninjured and is assisting Victoria Police with inquiries.
