Three boys allegedly forced into car and dumped in bushland at Tims Thicket Beach south of Perth
Three teens have been charged after allegedly bundling young boys into a car and driving several kilometres before dumping them in bushland late on Wednesday.
The three children — aged 11, 12 and 14 — were left at Tims Thicket Beach in Bouvard, south of Perth, in an area only available via four-wheel-drive tracks.
Authorities said it was fortunate that one of the boys had a mobile phone and was able to contact his family for help.

The boys had left a house in Erskine to go to a nearby petrol station about 10.30pm.
Police said they were in a carpark at a nearby business on Oakleigh Dr when they were approached by three males who “thought the boys were attempting to break into their vehicle”.
“It will be alleged the three males took hold of the three boys and forced them into the vehicle, before driving them to Tims Thicket Beach which is approximately 16km away,” WA Police said.
“It will be further alleged the males left the boys in an area of bushland that is fairly remote, and only accessible via four-wheel-drive tracks.”
The incident was reported to authorities who made three arrests.
A 19-year-old from Halls Head, a Pinjarra man, also 19, and a Halls Head boy, 17, have each been charged with three counts of deprivation of liberty and one count of aggravated common assault.
