Two people found dead at Urangan in Hervey Bay
Two people have been found dead at a unit in Hervey Bay, with Queensland Police appealing for information about what may have happened to them.
The 70-year-old man and 68-year-old woman were found dead when police conducted a welfare check at the unit on King St, Urangan about 12pm on Tuesday.
Police said they believe the man and woman were known to each other and there is no threat to the community.
“Investigators and forensic police remain on scene today and a post-mortem examination will be conducted to determine cause of death,” Maryborough Police said.
